This mocktail moves Kombucha Me Rose beyond its one note profile of being just a sweet and floral drink by adding in some lychees to strike a balance with a little tartness. Serves 4-5.
- 1L Kombucha Me Rose
- 250g lychees (in syrup)
- rose petals (for garnish, optional)
Open can of lychees and drain, reserving syrup. Put fruit aside to use as garnish.
Partially fill cocktail shaker with ice, and then add tablespoon of lychee syrup along with 250ml Kombucha Me Rose. Shake for 20 seconds.
Pour into cocktail glasses and top up with Kombucha Me Rose. Add a lychee to the bottom of glass and garnish with a rose petal.
