The soft sweetness of the kombucha provides the perfect backdrop to the splash of cherry tartness. Add a dash of cherry liqueur and you have a cocktail that will lull you into a weekend ease. Serves 5-6.
INGREDIENTS
- 1L Kombucha Me Elderflower
- 4 halved cherries
- 150ml lemon juice
- 60ml cherry liqueur
- 60ml gin
- ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the cherries, lemon juice, cherry liqueur and gin in a ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake and then strain through a sieve. Pour into Kombucha Me Elderflower filled glasses and lightly mix.
